Everything was perfectly fine, unbeatable location close to trucks, easy to get to from the airport, and a public footpath, which leads to bars, excellent staff. Had a pleasant stay in our recently renovated and a nice size room with double bed, the bedroom, for example. We both appreciated the food, it was amazing and had a good choice of options.

Ideal venue, FAVOURABLE location not far from the river ness, which is lovely for an evening walk as well as a public footpath, which leads to bars, appreciated our stay. The room we got was recently refurbished and a nice size with a bath, a double bed, a high spec bathroom, felt safe here. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the day.
The room seemed very small.

I liked staff and restaurant food and wine was good. Also very good location in centre of town and near railway station - we did not bring a car.

The hotel served our purpose in that it was clean, in a convenient location, offered a good breakfast and had helpful staff. The room had a tea/coffee tray, a decent television, a decent shower and an iron. We did not intend to spend lots of time at the hotel so did not need/expect frills and extras. This hotel had everything we needed.

The helpfulness of the staff - feather pillows exchanged within 15 minutes, they booked the taxi for us and even allowed us an extra hour in the room whilst we waited - would definately stay again - and the breakfast was great too!

The town shopping is right around the corner.
The room was so loud, next to the street. The room was cold, the bathroom smelled, and no hot water for showers. The hot tub was so dirty, no one was in it. The staff was not very helpful.

We were four people, the double bedroon was fantastic but the twin bedroom was rather small. The location was ideal, the parking facilities useful, and the spa was quite good although the swimming pool a bit small and I wished they had a steam room rather than a sauna. The breakfast was great, buffet with both cooked food and continental breakfast. I would go back if Booked.net had the same offer

Inner city hotel, good location, but as with many well used hotels like these needs updating. room adequate but radiator did not work and night time room was a little cold no spare blanket.

The breakfast was good and offered a good variety. The street noise at night was disruptive, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped, affecting overall comfort.

A key feature was the genuine welcome from the staff along with the excellent breakfast.
Some of the paintwork could do with a touch-up. There is also an issue about noise from the street outside at the front of the hotel.
